Payment of Golf Tournament Fees

We appreciate your participation in our Annual Golf Tournament and wish you the best of luck - like, a nice, sunny day and a hole-in-one! For non-golfers, enjoy your lunch and good luck with the silent auction! 

Your participation will help us to achieve our mission of providing services that promote the health, hygiene and dignity of persons experiencing homelessness and poverty in Southeast Houston, Texas.

1. If you wish to pay via credit card, use the entry form provided below. Otherwise, send a check to the address below or give it to Crossroads staff at the sign-in table on the day of the tournament.

2. On the entry form below, just enter "Golf Tournament" in the "Reason for Donation" field along with the name of the applicable item(s) being paid for. Team Captains may pay for their entire team with teammates settling their share with their Captain or Sponsor offline. Of course, each individual golfer or those participating for e.g., just lunch only, may pay just for themselves.

3. After paying your fee, please email Doug@crossroadsatparkplace.org and send him information on yourself and teammates so we may get to know you better.
